Azioni di informazione e promozione dei vini Gambellara DOC realizzate con il sostengo del Programma di Sviluppo Rurale per il Veneto 2014/2020
Thursday 16 November at 20:00 in Montebello Vicentino there is culinary meeting dedicated to the typical products of our territory. Meeting the Producer: “Marriage between wine and Veneto’s flavour” is the title of the evening that will take place at Fracanzana Hotel, Restaurant and Camper Park, in collaboration with Menti Cantina Vini.
It will be a real “travel inside the taste”, discovering the perfect bond between food delicacies and superb wines, led by Chef Elio and Michela Menti, wine producer.
During the evening it will be possible to taste some local specialities, among which a dessert inspired by an ancient Palladian recipe, but first, we will see the delicious food presentation. You will also have the chance to participate to the show cooking of a first course, tasting Menti family wines, grown up from a long tradition transmitted from one generation to another.
The participation costs are: 20 Euro and include: – welcome aperitif with slice of toasted bread with livers mousse and radicchio served with Bocciolo Frizzante (a variety of Menti wines)- show cooking of risotto with pumpkin, taleggio cheese and amaretto di Saronno, matched with the multi-awarded Rivalonga wine – hot savory corn pie with grapes mostarda and plain ice cream combined with Vin Santo Nostra Historia wine
