White wine made from 100% Garganega grapes coming exclusively from the hills of Gambellara. Yellow straw color, fresh and delicate dry flavor, medium body and acidity. Suitable as an aperitif or with seafood appetizers, main dishes such as risotto, perfect with the “Baccalà alla vicentina”, eggs and asparagus and goat spit-roasted. Serve at 8° C.
White wine obtained from Garganega grape mixed with other types of grapes as chardonnay, white pinot and durella. GAMBELLARA VIN SANTO
Magnificent wine made from Garganega grapes left to dry until the spring of the year following the harvest to obtain the maximum yield of sugar level. Intense golden yellow or amber in color Fruity, ripe and dried fruit scent . Intense, persistent, sweet, soft and warm flavor. RECIOTO OF GAMBELLARA CLASSIC
Garganega grapes are meticulously selected in the vineyard and hand harvested in early September and left to dry with the traditional system of roof-beams (picai) and more recently laid delicately on racks. The drying continues until February. Wine can also be subjected to a subsequent aging in wood. Intense golden yellow in color, fruity aroma of ripe fruit and raisin, with hints of vanilla, persistent flavor, sweet, soft and warm. It is suitable for cheese, fresh goat cheese and biscuits made with almonds. Serve at 12° C.
RECIOTO OF GAMBELLARA SPUMANTE
The drying of grapes Garganega (same traditional methods of Recioto classic) is extended until the end of the harvest year to bring out those features like freshness and minerality which make it unique and prestigious in the world.
